Job summary

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. in Greenville, AL is seeking an Entry-Level Seasonal Tax Preparer to conduct one-on-one tax interviews with clients and help build your book of business. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and gain tax knowledge through ongoing training and development.

You'll enjoy flexible scheduling, free tax training, and a path to professional certifications while working at one of our nationwide locations. PTIN registration and continuing education are provided.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with no prior tax experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable learning tax concepts through training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to obtain PTIN and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one tax interviews with clients.
• Assist in developing your book of business.
