Job summary

RTX is seeking an entry level embedded security engineer onsite in Tucson, AZ to join the Systems Security Engineering team. You will help develop security solutions for embedded weapons systems and support DoD programs.

Applicants should have a STEM degree and coursework in SSE, Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity or embedded systems, with the ability to obtain DoD clearance at start. This is an onsite role with relocation benefits for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related STEM major obtained by start date.
• Experience / coursework in System Security Engineering, Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity, Embedded Systems Security, Embedded Hardware, Embedded Software, Real-time Embedded Systems.

Responsibilities

• Support SSE solutions in Raytheon products to define requirements, solutions, trades, costs, and implementation strategies
• Conduct attack threat modeling and CPI assessments
• Ensure compliance with DoD tech release and export licensing policies
