Job summary

JT4, LLC in Nevada seeks an entry-level Engineer I to join a multidisciplinary team supporting design, development, testing, installation, integration, sustainment, operations, and maintenance of software, electrical, and mechanical systems. Under close supervision, you will perform fundamental tasks, assist higher-level engineers, and learn to apply standard engineering practices to projects supporting U.S.

Air Force, Space Force, and Navy initiatives.

Qualifications

  • BS in engineering from ABET-accredited institution required.
  • Knowledge of core engineering concepts and related fields.
  • Proficiency with standard test methods and procedures.
  • Ability to use computer-based engineering tools and plan tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist higher-level engineers with fundamental design, development, and testing tasks.
  • Conduct basic calculations and tolerance studies as directed.
  • Plan and execute engineering steps under supervision and document results.
  • Support projects with limited scope per detailed instructions.
  • Review applicable standards and procedures relevant to the engineering specialty.
  • Prepare reports and technical studies as needed.
