You’ll design from new multi-building complexes to historic renovations, with mentorship from senior engineers and hands-on exposure to analysis, modeling, and construction documents. Ideal candidates bring ABET‑accredited civil/architectural engineering focus, EIT, internship experience, and familiarity with BIM 360, Revit, ETABS, RISA, or RAM.

We are currently searching for an Entry Level Structural Engineer to join our Federal Buildings team in St. Louis, MO, working on projects thatenable the heart of our clients' business.
As a part of our team you can expect to design everything from new, multi-building complexes to intricate historic structure renovations! We'll rely on you to support our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion. With mentorship and guidance from our Professional Engineers and technical experts, you'll be accountable for technical quality of engineering tasks and construction document creation. Expect to push yourself as you perform increasingly complex calculations and analysis as the structural design is developed, working with our Designers to get the structural requirements communicated on paper and in the model. You will build a strong understanding of principles of analysis and design of vertical and lateral structural systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
To be successful in this position you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills as you work closely with your Structural Lead, Project Managers, Professional Engineers, and Designers across different disciplines. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control, being committed to checking their own work and reaching out to peers and seniors for guidance when questions arise. A proactive attitude demonstrating independent initiative, creative problem-solving and eagerness to learn, while remaining dedicated to teamwork is key in this role.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $90,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
