You will receive 4 weeks of paid training, a base salary plus commission totaling $68,000–$120,000, health and dental coverage, a company-paid vision plan, a 401(k) with company match, and life insurance as part of a supportive growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older; reliable transportation.
• Cell phone with data/internet; willingness to learn.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus; DMV record may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified homeowner leads for residential solar systems.
• Schedule prospective customers for a free information session.
• Serve as a consultant, providing product knowledge to qualifying homeowners.
• Acquire, retain, and continuously develop industry knowledge.
• Represent Trinity Solar Inc. with professionalism and integrity.
• Meet and exceed lead generation goals.
