Job summary

Tandem PV is expanding its pilot manufacturing facility and seeking motivated individuals to join the team. You will operate the Laminator tool, participate in material testing, and help refine solar panel production processes in a collaborative environment.

No prior industry experience? We’ll train you. This role offers growth in a fast-paced setting with opportunities to learn from experienced teammates and contribute to sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with ability to follow work instructions.
• Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical aptitude.
• Comfort in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to learn and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience with Laminator tool is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Laminator tool and support pilot manufacturing workflows.
• Run tests to evaluate material performance and document results.
• Maintain organized workspace and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Record data accurately and report findings to team.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE including respirator when needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to meet production targets.
