Job summary

JND Solutions is seeking a Software Tester to join our team in Plano, TX (also Bellevue, WA and Englewood Cliffs, NJ). This full-time, hourly position requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience, and 0-3 years of testing experience.

You'll detect defects, analyze results, design test cases, and collaborate across departments, with opportunities to grow in a global technology environment and exposure to Samsung projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 0-3 years of software testing experience.
• Experience in network QA testing and mobile testing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Analyze testing results and submit reports to the development team.
• Create test designs, processes, cases and test-product documentation.
• Conduct testing in the office and on the road per standards and procedures.
• Ensure testing is carried out per defined standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and departments; perform testing across all SDLC phases.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Relevant work experience can substitute for educational requirements
• 0-3 years of experience for software testing
• Experience in network QA testing is a plus
• Knowledge of mobile technologies, operating systems, and testing tools is a plus

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
