Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• General understanding of Computers.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintenance, and general operating condition of slot machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions with guidance.
• Replace parts and circuit boards; fabricate standard parts as needed.
• Maintain slot machine infrastructure and related equipment such as player-tracking systems and EZ Pay.
• Complete regulatory and company logs/forms accurately and timely.
