Job summary

V2X is seeking a Simulator Technician I to support the Digital Ranges Training Systems (DRTS) at Fort Benning, GA. You will perform basic tasks like component replacement, circuit wiring, and testing with instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes under supervision.

The role emphasizes adherence to manuals, safety standards, and timely maintenance records. Atty-level background check (NACI) is required, with flexibility for travel and on-site work at the Fort Benning facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• High School diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Must be able to acquire CAC and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive, corrective maintenance and configuration on DRTS following manuals or checklists.
• Record all maintenance activities in InSITE in real-time.
• Monitor hardware baselines and revert to previous versions if updates fail.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and operating procedures.
