Qualifications

• DOT Medical Card required.
• Ability to obtain ASE, DOT, and other relevant certifications.
• Successful completion of internal technician training programs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to drive company vehicles.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in shop and roadside environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacement.
• Grease trucks and trailers.
• Perform tire repair, replacement, and related services.
• Conduct CSA inspections and emergency road service calls.
• Perform basic electrical diagnosis and repairs, including lighting, wiring, and 7-way replacements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop and work areas.
• Accurately complete work orders, including labor, parts, and customer information.
• Provide friendly, professional, and competent customer service.
