Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a technical/vocational program or military training.
• No prior professional experience required; internship or co-op is a plus.
• Interest in mechanical and electrical systems; willing to learn by doing.
• Ability to read schematics or learn to read blueprints and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with in-shop diagnosis, repair, and maintenance.
• Learn to troubleshoot integrated control systems and mechanical assemblies.
• Support equipment installations and remote diagnostics when applicable.
• Help manage parts inventory and maintain service records.
