Job summary

You will perform basic maintenance, support Journeyman Technicians, and help maintain a clean, efficient shop. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and customer-service focus are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Experience in express/quick lube preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks and inspections as part of the express service.
• Ensure oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels are correct.
• Assist Journeyman Technicians and maintain workshop cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards; 90-day probation.

Job Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspection
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first.
• Audi Orland Park is currently seeking an Express Technician. This is an entry-level position in the workshop that offers tremendous opportunity to grow within the company to the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a new-car dealer service department and/or college-level Automotive Program education. This is a full-time position. Main duties will include performing basic maintenance and repairs, assisting Journeyman Technicians, assisting with workshop cleanliness, and assisting with Porter duties when needed.
