Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Development Analyst in Roseville, MN to support senior housing development and acquisition projects. You will provide analytical, administrative, and project coordination support to the Director of Development and leadership, enabling informed decisions and efficient execution.

This in-person role requires 20% travel to project sites and external meetings, with training provided for those early in their real estate development journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Internship or entry-level experience in real estate development, finance, construction, or related field preferred but required; training provided.
• Interest in real estate development and learning the fundamentals of senior housing development.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial and market data.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Senior Housing Partners Leadership Team, Development Managers, and Acquisitions Manager across all phases of development and acquisition projects.
• Partner with the Director of Business Development to proactively identify, research, and track on-market and off-market land and acquisition opportunities, maintaining an up-to-date development pipeline.
• Conduct market research, site analysis, and feasibility assessments to support site selection and acquisition decisions.
• Collaborate with Development Managers and the Acquisitions Manager to support project underwriting, including developing preliminary pro forma financial models and valuation analyses.
