Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer in Boston, MA to maintain a safe environment by monitoring premises, enforcing policies, and responding to incidents. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

You will conduct surveillance, verify IDs, respond to alarms, document incidents, patrol, assist staff and visitors, and coordinate with responders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Surveillance: monitor cameras and patrol to identify hazards or unauthorized access.
• Access control: verify IDs and issue visitor passes.
• Emergency response: respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Incident reporting: document and report all security concerns.
• Patrolling: conduct routine foot patrols of the facility.
• Customer service: assist employees and visitors professionally.
• Safety inspections: identify and report safety risks.
• Conflict resolution: address disturbances calmly.
• Collaboration: work with team, site management, and responders.
