Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking Security Officers to monitor client sites, report incidents, and maintain safety. The role includes passing a background and drug test, possessing a valid driver’s license, and presenting a professional appearance.

You will need strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and protect people and assets. Both full-time and part-time shifts, including weekends, are available, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and pass a lifetime background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Professional appearance required: no visible body piercing accessories or tattoos unless authorized.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at the client site to ensure security and safety of property and personnel.
• Be physically able to perform duties: sit/stand/walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and handle light lifting up to 25 pounds.

All Security Positions are Full Time and Part Time - All SHIFTS AVAILABLE (weekends included)

Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check

Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard

Job Requirements of the Security Officer

Security Officers/Security Guards observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.

Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.

Additional physical requirements of the security officer/guard may include, frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
