Job summary

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Seasonal Tax Preparer to work directly with clients, conduct personalized tax interviews, and prepare accurate tax returns using our proprietary software.

Training and ongoing support are provided to help you build knowledge and confidence, even if you have no prior tax experience. Compensation is $15.00 - $16.50 per hour with a bonus program and flexible seasonal scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must obtain PTIN before filing tax returns; guidance provided.

• PTIN Requirement: You’ll need a valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) before preparing tax returns, but no worries if you don’t have one yet! Our team will walk you through the process step by step.
