Fastenal Co. in Sturgeon Bay, WI is seeking an entry-level Sales Support professional to assist customers and support branch operations. You will help with sales, customer service, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced store environment.

Onboarding will include training and performance goals; after ramp-up, a flexible schedule may be offered. Join a growth-focused team dedicated to service and local market impact.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States
• Pursuing or possess a Business/Marketing degree or related industry experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
