Entry Level Sales Representative

$3,900 Sign‑on Bonus* (paid weekly in $325 increments over twelve weeks of initial training; contingent on completion of training).

The Sales Role

Full‑time sales representative. You will be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive sales presentations that teach communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills. This role provides the foundational education and experience needed for future career growth.

The Responsibilities

• Delivery of interactive sales presentations on eco‑friendly, green products and services to customers
• Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis
• Team building and mentorship

• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and career oriented

The Compensation

• $3,900 Sign‑on bonus*
• Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses
• Average earning potential: $72,000 – $130,000 per year
