Kalispell Concepts is seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representative to join our Missoula team. This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, or guest services who want to build a career in wireless sales and technology.

You will learn needs, answer questions, and recommend smartphones, plans, and accessories that fit customers’ everyday needs. You’ll develop valuable skills in sales, customer service, communication, relationship

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, or guest services is a plus.
• Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate customer information.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Stay informed about new smartphones, wireless technology, promotions, and product features.
• Participate in paid training, team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development opportunities.

In this role, you'll represent a leading wireless brand and help customers find smartphones, wireless plans, mobile technology, accessories, and related services that fit their everyday needs.

You'll work directly with customers, learn their needs, answer questions, recommend products, and create a positive experience from start to finish. Along the way, you'll develop valuable skills in sales, customer service, communication, relationship building, and business development.
