Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative in Louisville, KY to educate businesses and individuals on supplemental insurance options. You will meet with owners, decision-makers, and individuals to assess needs and present suitable coverage, while building lasting relationships and driving growth.

You will participate in comprehensive training, receive licensing assistance, and have access to a base draw during the first 6 weeks, with unlimited earning potential through

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in bringing financial security and support to both businesses and individual clients. You’ll work directly with business owners, decision-makers, and individuals to educate them on benefits that help protect their teams, families, and themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and individual clients.

• Conduct needs-based consultations to identify coverage options.

• Present and enroll clients in supplemental insurance programs.

• Follow up with business owners and individuals to ensure continued satisfaction.

• Participate in weekly trainings and development meetings to grow your skills.
