Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative in the La Crosse, WI area. You will meet homeowners, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations—no prior sales experience required.

Earn $20/hour with uncapped bonuses, plus paid training and a Monday–Friday schedule. You're responsible for introducing our home improvement solutions, generating interest, and setting qualified appointments for the in-home sales team.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll work in local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners. You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives.

• Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way
• Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions
• Create interest and answer basic questions
• Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives
• Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals
