Southern National Roofing is seeking entry level sales representatives for our local Charlotte office. This face-to-face field role involves speaking with homeowners, explaining our free roof inspection service and scheduling in-home estimates.

You will work outdoors, in neighborhoods, and advance through training with a strong performance culture. The position is full-time (W‑2) with an on-site schedule Monday–Saturday, 9am–7pm, offering an average first-year income of $40,000–$70,000+.

The Role

Southern National Roofing is a $20M+ residential roofing company hiring full‑time Entry Level Sales Representatives for our local office.

This is a face‑to‑face field sales role. You'll work in residential neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, and set appointments for free roof inspections for our in‑home sales team.

• Hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses
• Average first‑year earnings: $40,000-$70,000+

Schedule

• On‑site role
• Monday‑Saturday availability between 9am-7pm
• No overnight travel
• Team transportation provided from the office
