Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, doors).
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of free inspections and quotes to improve home value and protection.
• Develop strong communication and sales skills through hands-on training.
• Participate in team challenges and incentives with bonuses.
