Diablo Tools Inc. is seeking an entry-level sales professional with 0-4 years of experience to drive growth and education around our power tools and construction products. We provide world-class hands-on training and a clear career path in sales and marketing focused on personal growth.

The role includes substantial travel (up to 40%), on-the-job training, and opportunities to advance through performance. Base salary ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 with bonus potential and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (MUST)
• 0-4 years professional experience
• Strong desire to learn and grow and advance in a sales career
• Recognized work ethic and unwavering desire to exceed goals and achieve results; motivated, disciplined and driven
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiating skills
• Ability to listen, earn trust, persuade and confidently communicate with customers

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by training and educating key personnel on the functions and benefits of the Diablo products.
• Demonstrate key features and translate them into benefits for the consumers.
• Manage inventory levels, promotional items & marketing campaigns as well as cross merchandise to increase product placement.
• Organize strategic and logistical monthly schedule.
• Submit feedback from end user testimonials & analysis.
• Maintain technical and professional knowledge of products.
• Overnight Travel - up to 40%
