Job summary

NY Events is seeking an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Associate to join our Midtown Manhattan team. You will represent our Fortune 100 client at retail locations and live events, start conversations with customers, explain services, and guide sign-ups through a hands-on training program.

This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with weekly pay and clear growth opportunities based on performance. No prior experience required—recent grads are welcome to apply and learn in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality or similar.
• Outgoing, confident and comfortable talking to new people.
• Coachable with a positive, competitive attitude.
• Available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Represent a Fortune 100 client at in-store and pop-up event locations
• Engage customers face-to-face and identify what they need
• Present services clearly and guide customers through sign-up
• Work alongside a team to hit daily and weekly goals
• Learn sales, marketing and customer service fundamentals hands-on
