The role involves creating material estimates, reading blueprints, and sourcing special orders while growing a customer base and advancing toward a Contractor Sales Representative position.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.

• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.

The Contractor Sales Trainee will sell products and services offered by 84 Lumber to current and new clientele. This position is responsible for creating positive customer relationships. The Contractor Sales Trainee is building a book of business to become a Contractor Sales Representative. Other duties may be assigned by Store Manager.
