Entry Level Sales Development Specialist have the potential to earn up to $60,000 in their first year.

Many of our top performers at Rite Window have surpassed the statewide average annual salary, earning between $70,000 and $90,000 as Retail Sales Associates by consistently following our proven sales process. While individual earnings vary, our structured training and support system equip driven reps for success!
