• Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
• Educate homeowners on benefits of free inspections and quotes to improve home value and protection.
• Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.
• Compete in team-based challenges with incentives and bonuses.
