3. Identify and meet their needs with a simple, proven process
4. Deliver client-focused, comprehensive, budget-conscious solutions
5. Create long-lasting relationships
6. Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales, and terms and keep relative records
7. Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
8. Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it in the field
