Panasun Solar is hiring in Lakeland, FL for an onsite, full-time solar sales role. Earn a base of $20/hour while you learn, plus uncapped commissions. Top performers are earning substantial weekly earnings and a clear path to $150k–$200k+ in the first year.

Six days a week outdoors, you’ll teach homeowners about solar, build value, and schedule qualified appointments, with elite training, mentorship, and a fast-track growth plan guiding leadership opportunities.

• No prior experience needed—training provided.
• Must be local to the Lakeland area.
