Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking an Entry Level RV Technician to join our team at Campers Inn of Atlanta Stone MTN, Tucker, GA. We provide free basic tools for you to keep after 12 months of employment, and in-house technician training to learn valuable on-the-job skills immediately.

You will help diagnose, inspect, adjust, and repair RVs including travel trailers. This role offers growth within a purpose-driven company with a long history in the RV industry.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• License & Certifications: Valid Driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively.
• Abilities: Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
• Abilities: Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools.
• Abilities: Ability to comply with OSHA regulations regarding Protective Clothing and Equipment, such as goggles, gloves, etc.
• Abilities: Ability to safely use solvents, and other chemicals.
• Abilities: Ability to move RVs of various sizes.
• Abilities: Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending.
• Abilities: Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Abilities: Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery.
• Assist in inspecting and testing for defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to fit unit.
• Assist in repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC components.
