Job summary

Stealth Startup in the Bay Area is seeking an entry-level Robotics Operator to run hands-on data collection and evaluation for our robotics models. You’ll be assigned to data collection, evaluation, or annotation pipelines, depending on daily priorities, with a focus on reliability, precision, and careful work around robotic systems.

This on-site, full-time role sits in a fast-paced lab environment. Compensation is discussed, with 40-hour weeks and shift-based scheduling, and benefits include

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute repetitive tasks consistently.
• Clear written communication and solid documentation habits.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort handling robotics equipment.

Responsibilities

• Run quality checks on collected data to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain robotic equipment and testing stations.
• Document, report, and provide feedback on robot performance and data quality.
• Work with engineers to execute protocols, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.
• Follow safety procedures around robotic systems and keep the lab organized.
