SAS Retail Services in New Jersey is seeking a friendly, proactive Retail Merchandiser to support in-store needs and drive shopper engagement. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory while delivering excellent service.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, with opportunities for growth, and benefits that can be customized to fit your family's needs. You will be part of a nationwide team.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps to maximize visibility.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory.
• Coordinate with stores and suppliers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain safety and customer service standards.
