Meijer is seeking an entry-level team member to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks related to the store's services, products, and customer service. Team members enjoy interacting with people and exemplifying 'above and beyond' service.

Qualifications

• Be highly organized with a keen sense for details.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling products or equipment.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Coordinate and collect parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment to clear snow.
• Process perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Collaborate with service desk, entry, lanes and parking areas.
• Coordinate with departments across Health and Beauty, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card/Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
• This profile may include other duties as assigned.
