Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration by Team Twins is seeking entry-level Restoration Technicians to help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. No experience is required; paid training is provided and opportunities for advancement into Lead Technician and Crew Chief roles exist.

Responsibilities include assisting with damage restoration, demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup, while following safety procedures and delivering excellent customer service on job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• No experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration.
• Perform demolition, debris removal, and job site cleanup.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including dehumidifiers and air movers.
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other building materials.
• Pack, move, clean, and organize customer belongings.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear protective equipment when required.
• Document job progress and communicate updates to supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in homes and businesses.
• Support Lead Technicians and Crew Chiefs on restoration projects.

Physical Requirements

Compensation: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
