GPAC, a nationwide executive search firm, is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven individual to join our Kansas City team. You will help connect top professionals with client opportunities while contributing to one of the country's leading recruiting networks.

In this role, you will build relationships with clients and candidates, conduct calls to qualify talent, and assist in interview prep and offers. We provide comprehensive training, tools, and a supportive environment to help you grow

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
