Leadpoint is hiring General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in Clackamas OR. This entry-level role requires no diploma or experience, and growth potential is emphasized as we promote from within.

Shifts are 1st or 2nd with early start times. As a full-time General Laborer / Sorter, you’ll earn $19.10 per hour and enjoy benefits after 60 days, PPE, a lunchroom, and weekly pay with accrued time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds as needed and stand for the entire shift.
• Consent to a background check is required.
• Consent to a drug screen is required.
• Have reliable transportation; many facilities are near bus lines; carpooling and ride sharing encouraged.
