Leadpoint is hiring General Laborers/Sorters in Sarasota, FL to sort recyclables at a large recycling plant. No diploma or experience needed, with growth potential and internal promotions. Shifts are 1st 6:00 am–2:30 pm and 2nd 2:30 pm–11:00 pm, with some Saturdays required.

Earn $15.45–$15.97/hour; weekly pay and benefits after 90 days. Paid training and PPE are provided. Requires background check and drug screen; transportation to facilities is needed, with nearby bus lines and carpool options

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for full shifts.
• Consent to background check and drug screen.
• Have reliable transportation; carpooling options may be available.

Responsibilities
