Job summary

Phaidon International is seeking a high-energy professional in Charlotte, NC to drive client development and talent engagement from day one. You will manage relationships with hiring managers, headhunt top talent, and own the full recruitment cycle with data-driven processes.

The role rewards ambition, strong communication, and resilience, with uncapped commission and premier internal training. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience is preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Development

From Fortune 500 giants to the fastest-growing start-ups, from day one you'll build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector. Negotiate agreements, understand their talent needs, and become their go-to talent partner.

Candidate Engagement

Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals. Pick up the phone. Make connections. Build a pipeline of exceptional talent through proactive outreach and genuine relationship-building.

End-to-End Process Management

Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support. You'll be the person both sides rely on to get it right.

Embrace Technology and Data

We equip our consultants with best-in-class tools and data to work smarter and move faster. You'll use technology to identify opportunities, track market trends, and sharpen your outreach - but it's your expertise and relationships that turn insight into results.
