Job summary

HTU in Akron, OH is seeking a recruiter with a sales focus to identify qualified candidates using diverse sourcing tools. You will screen and interview applicants, partner with the Account Manager to pinpoint top accounts and market segments, and build industry relationships for referrals and sales leads.

You will perform customer service tasks and participate in community volunteering and philanthropic partnerships.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after the hourly training period
• Raise to $55,000 base salary upon one year of employment

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
