Actalent is seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to own the full recruiting lifecycle and help advance the careers of professionals in engineering and sciences, as well as corporate professionals under the Aston Carter brand. If you enjoy partnering with bright individuals and helping them achieve their career goals, this role may be a great match.

You Will (Responsibilities)

• Meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Sourcing qualified professionals through various recruiting tools.
• Screening potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure alignment.
• Communicating work opportunities and preparing consultants for starting their new roles.
• Building and sustaining relationships with consultants to support interviews, first-day onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
• Maintaining a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets.
• Establishing trusted relationships with professionals to be seen as a partner in their career progression.
