Job summary

Notre Dame is seeking a results-driven professional to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview applicants, and partner with account managers to target top accounts and key market segments in West Des Moines, IA. You will also build industry relationships, deliver customer service, and participate in community volunteering.

The role offers a base salary with commission potential, with salaries increasing after the training period and at year one, plus performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform customer service-related activities.
• Participate in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations.
