Total Quality Logistics in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a Recruiter to own the full candidate search process and collaborate with an on-site hiring manager. No experience is required; we provide best-in-class paid training to set you up for success.

You will source candidates, conduct phone screens, and manage interviews from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience in Avature. Expect a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with clear growth opportunities.

• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring smooth onboarding in Avature.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.

What you'll do

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone‑screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates' initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
