Job summary

Brooksource is the flagship IT talent solutions brand of Eight Eleven Group, seeking a Recruiter to source and place top IT talent with Fortune 500 clients. You’ll build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through interviews and offers while collaborating with clients to meet hiring needs.

You’ll partner with the sales team, coach candidates on resumes and interview skills, and support onboarding and post-placement success.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing IT professionals for corporate clients.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills; familiarity with vetting cultural fit.

Role Overview:

As a Brooksource Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in sourcing and matching top IT talent with exciting career opportunities. You’ll build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process while helping clients find the best talent to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the sales team to identify client hiring needs and develop targeted talent strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through interviews and job offers.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide coaching on resumes, interviews, and job offers to ensure candidate success.
• Deliver excellent onboarding and post-placement support.
• Meet weekly metrics, including calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set and track personal and team goals with manager support.
