Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hiring Recruiters in NYC. Entry level recruiter in a sales-driven environment with base salary plus uncapped commission and no draws/thresholds.

Responsibilities
  • Running your own 360 desk - candidate delivery and new business development.
  • Headhunting candidates using cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job adverts, and referrals.
  • Market research on companies for business development purposes.
  • Gain insight into the Life Sciences space and source high quality, relevant candidates for open positions.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to closing the offer.
  • Collaborate with multiple hiring managers to assist with staffing needs.
  • Represent Meet and our global clients to attract and retain top talent.
  • Maintain pipeline and system accuracy through administrative tasks.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
  • 6+ months of experience in a client-facing role (can be full-time or internship) OR participation in an athletic program (required).
  • Outbound sales experience (highly preferred).
What Meet Recruitment Offers
  • Uncapped commission structure with no draws or thresholds; OTE of $70k-$75k in year 1 and $100k-$151k in years 2 and 3.
