Job summary

gpac is an award-winning search firm helping place professionals across industries in the United States since 1990. This position offers unlimited earning potential through a commission-driven model and comprehensive training, tools, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates, connecting them to opportunities. No prior recruiting experience is required, and you will be supported as you develop your own client base and placements.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all requirements.
