Kodiak Gas Services is seeking an entry-level Recip Technician in Muskogee, OK to operate, monitor, and maintain gas reciprocating engine packages used in power generation. This rotational role is 28 days on / 28 days off and may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will perform inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and assist with startup support while maintaining logs and adhering to HSE policies. Travel is frequent in this role.

Qualificações

• 0-2 years of experience in power generation, reciprocating engines, electrical systems, or related mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic electrical, control, and mechanical schematics and service manuals.
• Familiarity with SOPs, diagnostic tools, and maintenance documentation.
• Comfortable with customer interaction, call-outs, and working independently with moderate supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor, and maintain gas reciprocating engine power generation packages and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine corrective maintenance on reciprocating generators and related equipment.
• Monitor control panels, gauges, alarms, and instrumentation to ensure assets operate within parameters.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, starting, charging, fuel, ignition, sensor, and alarm issues using SOPs and available software tools.
• Evaluate and verify operational readiness after shutdown or trip events.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, service reports, and parts usage in management systems.
