You'll receive personalized training, work flexibly from home or in-person, and have the potential for high earnings through a 100% commission-based model. We’re looking for self-starters with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities include prospecting for new business, conducting property showings, and assisting clients through transactions. Compensation ranges between $102,300 - $193,200 annually.

Qualifications

• Must have a state license or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Self-starter with a desire to build a real estate business.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily for new business through various channels.
• Convert inquiries into appointments for consultations.
• Conduct property showings and consultations to understand client needs.
• Maintain follow-up schedules using CRM software.
• Assist in drafting contracts and guiding clients.
• Achieve appointment-setting and closing goals.
