Heartland ABA in Harrisonville, MO is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team and support children with autism. We offer part-time roles with flexible hours and same-day pay, allowing you to balance personal commitments while making a meaningful difference.

As a member of our clinical team you will implement evidence-based ABA interventions, document progress, and collaborate with families to help clients achieve goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have RBT certification prior to working.
• Willingness to learn and make a six-month commitment.
• Experience with children with Autism is a plus.

Responsibilities
