Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with autism in Pleasantville, IA. The role emphasizes providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, under the supervision of our clinical team.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, are willing to learn, and possess patience and compassion. RBT certification is required before working; paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to commit to 6-month assignment.

Responsibilities
